Conditions of reservations

The Reservations should be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Our prices do not include taxes : lodging (3,5%), GST (5%) and PST (8,5%).

The hotel is fully non smoking.

The full amount of the reservation is paid during check-in or before.

Our rates are based on occupancy double (2 persons) or triple (3 persons).

A fee of $ 10 CAD per additional person will be charged upon arrival.

No charge for children age 6 and under, if no extra bed is required.

For groups or long stays (5 nights and more), 50% non refundable deposit will be charged upon reservation if a special rate was applied.

Special policy applies to certain holidays & special events : - Nascar and Grand Prix: the minimum stay is 3 nights, charged in advance and non refundable, cancellations will not be refunded.
